My focus is to help you transform, heal and blossom through coaching with emotional support. I listen carefully and quickly identify foundational areas to work on. Our coaching relationship is based on partnership and safety. Spiritual mindfulness is an integral part of my sessions. The healing work I offer guides you towards wholeness, clarity, confidence, self-empowerment and joy.
I am a certified energy healer in several modalities. Energy healing may be incorporated to compliment your coaching sessions. Intuitive guidance is another aspect of my healing work that may be offered. All healing sessions are unique and tailored for your specific needs.
